For the third consecutive year, Lilt, the modern language service and technology provider, has been named in the 2021 Forbes AI 50 list. The Forbes AI 50 has listed all those most promising privately-held companies leveraging artificial intelligence for building business applications and services for transforming industries.
Out of the seven companies, Lilt is the only company that has continuously secured a position every year since the list’s inception in 2019.
“Our artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies enable our customers to provide exceptional global experiences to their customers around the world,” said Spence Green, Lilt CEO. “We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes for the third year in a row alongside other leading companies developing AI-powered solutions.”
Lilt Platform takes hold of Lilt’s translation services. The Lilt Platform is considered one of the world’s most advanced translation technologies utilizing AI and automation to make every move of the localization process simpler, faster, and more accurate.

Nearly 400 companies qualified for the list focused on companies utilizing machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision technologies. From the qualifying firms, 100 were chosen based on a qualitative score generated by Forbes’s data partners, with the remaining 50 evaluated by a panel of expert AI judges.
Along with the Forbes AI 50 list, Lilt has also secured a position in the CB Insights AI 100 list. This showcases Lilt’s power of being the 100 most promising private artificial intelligence companies in the world. Also, Lilt has been listed by Gartner’s recent Market Guide for AI-Enabled Translation Services.
