Mission Cloud Services Inc. launched Mission AI Foundation. This new service by the managed cloud service provider is developed to assist companies in optimizing their AI solutions on Amazon Web Services Inc. while adhering to cost management and best practices.

The program was developed to help businesses interested in AI but are frequently deterred by major obstacles and worries, such as knowledge gaps, financial management, and security. The Mission AI Foundation’s goal is to provide a safe and effective path ahead for businesses that are ready to use AI.

The service helps businesses manage their cloud infrastructure and prepare for the future of artificial intelligence by combining support, engineering, strategy, and coaching. Its five pillars of continuous engagement are cloud strategy for adopting transformational technologies, continuous cost and financial management, best practices and cloud governance; 24/7 enterprise support backed by AWS; and optimization and architectural direction for AI solutions.

Ted Stuart, President and Chief Operating Officer of Mission Cloud, said, “To build robust AI workloads, it’s crucial to have well-architected cloud infrastructure as the foundation. Mission AI Foundation provides the expertise and tools necessary to optimize both AI solutions and the underlying cloud and data architecture, manage costs, and align with best practices.”

One of Mission AI Foundation’s primary features is access to a group of professional cloud analysts, technical account managers, solutions architects, and AI engineers. The service, which provides Engineer Assist—AI with pay-as-you-go engineering support—focuses on enhancing token utilization to assure cost-effective and high-performing AI operations.

Furthermore, the AI Foundation recommends prompting best practices to increase model performance, decrease hallucinations, optimize templates, and improve accuracy. Large Language Model Operations to create and manage a specialized operations pipeline are also included in the service, along with round-the-clock support and AWS Enterprise-level service level agreements.

“This comprehensive approach enables our customers to focus on innovation and growth, knowing their AI initiatives are built on a reliable, secure and efficient platform,” added Stuart.

AI Foundation provides users with comprehensive cost visualization and management capabilities by utilizing Amazon QuickSight, Amazon Q, and Mission Control, the company’s cloud services platform.

Mission Cloud’s Chief Executive and Founder, Simon Anderson, and Practice Lead and General Manager of data, analytics, and machine learning, Ryan Ries, reported how the company assists businesses in adopting AI and its collaboration with AWS.
